It happens more than you would think and there is almost always a route: scheduled exports, reading the database directly, or automating over the interface itself when nothing else exists. We verify what is possible in the diagnosis before committing.
We work with official APIs and standard authentication (OAuth where it exists). Credentials stay encrypted in your own instance, with minimum permissions: each connection can only do what it needs to.
Connecting two systems with well-documented APIs takes one to two weeks. A full ecosystem across several tools with data migration runs four to eight.
Integrations are built in pieces precisely for that reason. Swapping one piece does not mean redoing everything: we replace that system’s connection and the rest carries on.
